Pune: NDR Warehousing today announced the inauguration of its 0.7 million sq ft NDR BigBox – Warehouse 2 facility in Pune, further strengthening its presence in one of India’s most important logistics markets.
The launch of the new facility comes amid India’s rapidly expanding infrastructure and logistics ecosystem, driven by sustained investments in highways, industrial corridors, and manufacturing-led growth.
The inauguration of NDR BigBox marks NDR Warehousing’s third project in Pune. With this addition, the company’s total operational footprint in the city has reached approximately 1.5 million sq ft, reinforcing Pune’s role as a core market within NDR’s national expansion strategy.

Spread across 30 acres of leased land, the new facility offers 0.7 million square feet of developed space. The layout enables large-format buildings, efficient circulation, and future scalability.
Developed across three buildings, NDR BigBox has already attracted tenants from e-commerce, 3PL, and manufacturing sectors, reflecting strong demand for Grade A warehousing in the Pune region.
